Being in the people business provides us with a sense of responsibility to the community around us, and affords us a unique opportunity to contribute to the causes we believe in. Big hearts equals big actions, and we have implemented a series of charitable programs that we actively foster and support.

CircuIT donates to charity $200 of each permanent placement fee that is received from a client. The client can choose from a CircuIT partnered charity to direct the $200 donation to. Our partnered charities are:

Save the Children

Save the Children, established more than 90 years ago is now a global movement that is made up of 29 member countries and delivers programs in over 120 countries. As the world’s leading independent children’s rights organisation in the world we make a difference to the most vulnerable children. We save the lives of millions of children each year and a give a better chance at life to many more.

Sadly in Australia nearly 12 per cent of children fall below the poverty line. Despite Australia's wealth and high standard of living, many children struggle to reach their potential because they don’t have access to education, healthcare and protection services. We employ, develop and run programs for disadvantaged, isolated and vulnerable Australian children in more than 100 communities throughout the country.

What we do?

We provide humanitarian response in times of crisis, alongside conducting long term development programs designed to sustainably help every child. Our main areas of work are:
Child Protection – we work with vulnerable children and their mothers who have been subjected to domestic violence.
Emergency response- recently we have responded to the following disasters: Haiti earthquake, Pakistan floods, the Queensland and Victorian floods, Cyclone Yasi, the Japan disaster and many more.
Health & Nutrition- a global initiative has been launched called ‘Everyone’ which will focus on reducing the number of number of children who die needlessly before their 5th birthday due to preventable illness.
Education- in Australia we specialise in early childhood development and aim to give every child the right start in life through mobile play schemes and early learning centres.
The programs we deliver and the help we provide is given without fear or favour, religion, creed or political agenda. Our support and development work is given on the basis of need alone.

The Difference

The Difference is a publication designed to help all Australians make a difference to the lives of our nation’s most disadvantaged— while at the same time enriching us all.

Issue 1 of The Difference was launched on March 22nd 2011 by Simon McKeon, 2011 Australian of the Year and has received extensive media coverage and feedback as an important research and investment tool for all Australians.

It is an annual Australian report card on the indicators of disadvantage, poverty and exclusion, underpinned by research by Access Economics.

The research shows we are becoming less inclusive as a society — going backwards on indicators like child abuse and neglect, suicide, rates of reimprisonment, homelessness, public housing waiting lists and credit default.

Clearly government alone cannot fix the problems — responsibility also lies with us. The Difference introduces you to real people behind the statistics, and projects that will have an immediate impact on their lives. These projects are led by charities with reputation, capacity and a track record of success.

The goal of The Difference is to bring the issues, people and solutions together to create opportunities for people and corporations to assist.

By inviting more people to get involved and linking social investors to prevention projects, we hope to see the indicators improve over time.

The Difference's five year strategic plan includes increasing the culture and effectiveness of giving within Australia as well as publishing state based versions and extending The Difference to Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.

Major Sponsor of the Dragons Football Club

The Dragons Football Club is a proud and successful football club, currently playing in the highly competitive VAFA (Victorian Amateur Football Association) Football League. The Dragons are entrenched in the heart of Melbourne's southern suburbs, with a strong emphasis on community and multi-cultural development. Backed by a solid footballing community, the Dragons boasts three football teams (Seniors, Reserves & Thirds).

The Dragons Football Club was formed in 2007, and during that time, has played Finals football every year, bar two. The club’s proudest moment was winning the Southern Football League (D3) premiership in 2011, and is aiming to achieve similar success in the Victorian Amateur Football Association, following the club’s transition in 2013.
