As the UX Manager, you will inherit a team of 10 experienced UX and UI Designers.
You will play an essential role in leading a team tasked with designing, developing, and implementing the online component of an entire CX Strategy for the company.
We need someone with experience of defining and implementing UX principles which drive the strategy of the business as well as the team and as such, have a degree of comfort working with Exec level stakeholders to deliver a strategy that will govern the overall look, feel, customer journey, interactions, and design of customer web and mobile products.
You are the leader who possesses the deeper thinking and research methodology to what UX is really about.
A human-centred designer at heart, you'll have extensive prior experience in gathering insights across a wide range of data sets and touch points to develop comprehensive user-personas and customer journeys.
You should be capable of nurturing, leading and mentoring a team to succeed and a top stakeholder manager and negotiator to navigate multiple relationships and the waters of a large organisation.
